Your spec sheets already
have the answers
Datasheets, manuals, parts catalogs, warranty terms, work instructions. We build an assistant that answers your buyers, distributors and team from them, in plain language, with a link to the exact page it used.
Builds from $1,500. Hosting and upkeep from $250/month. No contract.
“The AI RAG Agent Sova built for our site is exactly what we hoped for.

It works like a site concierge for visitors who’d rather ask a question than dig through pages themselves, by pulling answers straight from our own knowledge base and pointing people toward deeper resources on the site. It’s helped increase site engagement, lengthen time on site, pages viewed, and encourages conversions, all while making Top10ERP.org genuinely more searchable and user-friendly for anyone who prefers a guided experience.
The custom dashboard has been just as valuable, giving us real insight into what visitors are asking so we know exactly where to expand our content next.
It truly feels like Sova brought our site into the future.”
If you found us through the Top10ERP.org newsletter: that’s the assistant on their site. It answers visitors from Top10ERP’s own vendor and product content, links to the page each answer came from, and sends every question it can’t answer to a dashboard their content team works through.
It's all written down.
Nobody can get to it.
What a part is rated for, what fits what, and what voids the warranty are already in your documents. They're spread across spec sheets, manuals, shared drives and old revisions, so the people asking can't get to them when they need them.
“Which seal kit fits a 2019 unit?”
They ask your inside sales team because the parts catalog has three revisions and nobody trusts the search. The assistant answers from the right revision and shows the page.
The spec check at 10 p.m.
Engineers comparing suppliers want a rating, a dimension or a material, and they want it now. If they can't find it on your site, the next supplier on the list gets the RFQ.
Compatibility and tolerances
“Will this mount on the old frame?” “What's the duty cycle at 40 °C?” The answers are in the engineering documents, which the people quoting rarely have time to read.
The fault code on a site visit
Your technicians troubleshoot from installation and service manuals, often on a phone, often with no signal to spare. One question gets them the procedure and the page, not a 300-page PDF.
Certificates and declarations
RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, material certs and safety data sheets. Customers ask for them constantly, and someone in quality stops what they're doing to dig them out.
Work instructions they can ask
SOPs and work instructions answer the question, if you know which one to open. New people ask the person next to them instead, and that person was busy.
Every one of those questions has an answer in a document you already have. Our assistant looks it up, answers only from what it finds, and links to the page so anyone can check it in one click.
Two conversations.
Watch the second answer.
Both times, the assistant gets a question your documents can't answer. It says so, explains why, and passes the person to someone who can help, instead of guessing.
If it guessed at that second question, your team would believe it once and never trust it again. Saying “I don't know,” naming the missing document and finding the person who owns it is what makes people comfortable using it on a live call.
It had no source for that answer, so it said so, logged the gap for your content team and offered to put the visitor in touch with your team. A made-up lead time could have cost you the deal three weeks later.

Where your build lands above $1,500
It depends on how much material you have and what shape it's in. A tidy set of datasheets and manuals sits near the starting price. A full catalog with years of spec sheets costs more, and scanned drawings, huge libraries or an assistant for both customers and your team cost more again. A 20-minute call is enough for us to give you a fixed price, or to tell you honestly if you don't need us.
What manufacturers
usually ask us
Our documents are a mess. Do we need to clean them up first?
No. Messy material is most of what we do: scans, tables, old revisions, the same spec in three places. If something will cause wrong answers, like two revisions that disagree, we'll find it and tell you before launch.
What happens when it doesn't know?
It says so, instead of guessing. On your website it offers to put the visitor in touch with your team. Inside, it points to the person who owns that document. Every question it couldn't answer goes on a list, so you know exactly what to write next.
Where does our data go?
Your documents stay yours, and we never use them to train an AI model. You choose exactly what gets indexed. If your customers or your policy require it, it can run in your own cloud.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from signing to live. Before we call it done, we test it against twenty questions you choose, the hard ones your team actually gets asked.
Tell us where people get stuck
Maybe it's distributors calling about parts, buyers who can't find a rating, or the one engineer everyone interrupts. A few lines is plenty, and it helps us bring something useful to the first call.
The first call takes twenty minutes. If your material isn't ready for this yet, we'll tell you and explain what would need to change.
